How do you give a well known company like Doordash an edge over their competitors?
By vividly putting in the viewers mind just how valuable their services are and associating that with their branding. One way of doing this is with a visual metaphor, which can sometimes be more impactful than descriptive images or ad copy.
The challenge was to find a gesture that vividly put the value of the service in the viewer’s mind. To show just how time-saving Doordash’s food delivery service is, by exaggerating it.
